Land consolidation (Jordfordeling)

Land consolidation is a combined transaction in which plots are exchanged and traded simultaneously to bring a project area together.

In wetland and low-lying land projects, land consolidation is managed by SGAV (Danish Agency for Green Transition and Aquatic Environment). It is only possible under track 1. Approximately DKK 740 million has been allocated to purchasing replacement land.
