Gofreyra ApS, CVR 45384489 (Danish business registration number), Bøgevej 4, 7160 Tørring, is the data controller for the processing of personal data on gofreyra.com and in Freyra Evidence Workspace. Gofreyra ApS is owned by Freyra Group ApS.

Enquiries about personal data should be sent via the contact form at gofreyra.com/en/kontakt.

When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, company or municipality, subject and the message itself. We only collect the information you enter yourself.

For customers with a login to Freyra Evidence Workspace, we process names, email addresses and work-related information necessary to provide access to your projects.

We use the information to respond to enquiries, follow up on agreements and provide the services you have requested. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, for customers, on performing our agreement with you.

Enquiries submitted via the contact form are retained for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and any follow-up. Customer data is retained for the duration of our working relationship and subsequently for the period required by law.

We do not disclose your personal data to third parties unless this is necessary to provide the agreed service or we are legally required to do so. We use data processors within the EU.

The site only uses technically necessary cookies. We do not use cookies for marketing or cross-site tracking.

You have the right to access the information we process about you and to have it corrected or deleted. You can also object to the processing and request restriction of processing or data portability.

You can lodge a complaint about our processing of personal data with Datatilsynet (the Danish Data Protection Agency), Borgergade 28, 5., 1300 København K.
