Baseline

A baseline is a dated record of an area's condition against which later changes are compared.

In nature and lowland projects, a baseline is ideally established before the area is altered. It should include locations, a date, sources with retrieval dates and a professional assessment. Freyra locks the baseline in a versioned report with SHA-256.
