GSD (Ground Sample Distance)

GSD indicates how much ground area a single pixel in an aerial photograph covers.

GeoDanmark orthophotos are captured at 15 cm GSD as standard and resampled to 12.5 cm pixels. 10 cm GSD means that each pixel covers 10 x 10 cm.
