Land retirement adviser (Udtagningskonsulent)

A land retirement adviser helps landowners and project owners implement land-use conversion projects.

According to SGAV (the Danish land-use and aquatic environment authority), land retirement advisers have two roles: they are the primary contact for landowners in projects for which landowners can apply for grants themselves, and they help facilitate larger projects where a municipality or Naturstyrelsen (the Danish Nature Agency) is the project owner. They work closely with the local tripartite groups.
