One-off compensation (Engangskompensation)

One-off compensation is paid to landowners who retain their land in a wetland or low-lying land project.

Under pathway 2, landowners receive one-off compensation at fixed rates set out in the statutory order. Under pathway 1, compensation may also be provided through land consolidation, land purchases or compensation for loss of value.
