Preservation covenant (Servitut om fastholdelse)

A preservation covenant is a registered restriction on land use that ensures a wetland or low-lying land project is preserved.

Under VLP, payment is conditional on a covenant being registered against all properties with land in the project area, with SGAV entitled to enforce it.
