Track 2 (Spor 2)

Track 2 involves establishing KLA projects with national funding, with landowners retaining their land in return for one-off compensation.

Track 2 is open to public and private applicants. Funding commitments are issued on an ongoing, first-come, first-served basis, and applications are submitted via MARS and F2.
