Agency for Green Land Conversion and the Aquatic Environment (Styrelsen for Grøn Arealomlægning og Vandmiljø, SGAV)

SGAV is Styrelsen for Grøn Arealomlægning og Vandmiljø (the Agency for Green Land Conversion and the Aquatic Environment), which administers large parts of the land-use programme under the Green Tripartite (Grøn Trepart).

SGAV is behind MARS and administers grants for wetland and low-lying land projects and for afforestation, among other things. The agency has the right to enforce the restrictive covenants registered in the land register for VLP projects.
